His expertise lies in identifying innovative next-generation products and solutions and undervalued companies with strategic synergies that can be leveraged for growth in a multi-billion dollar market. He effectively combines culturally diverse subsidiaries and acquisitions with excellent business process and strategy development skills. Driven by integrity and rich spiritual passion, Carl Weyant is a distinguished New York-based Director, Producer, and Cinematic Filmmaker renowned for accentuating the screen viewing experience. Leaving New York to pursue a career in entertainment in 2004, Carl began working on various short films, building an industry reputation that later landed him the role in the film 'Karma: Crime, Passion, Reincarnation' in Ooty, India. Carl would go on to work on several acclaimed film projects, becoming respected for his cinematic inputs and bringing dynamic characters to life. This accumulation ultimately became the catalyst for Carl to join the ranks of film production in 2011 and consequently spearhead the production of award-winning films Samuel Bleak in 2013 and Benjamin in 2014.

• Dr. Potdar has actively played a pivotal role in voicing crypto advocacy to the Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, and the Parliament thereby, contributing to the recent legislation issued by the Government of India with regards to treating crypto as a virtual asset and imposing taxes on capital gains as well as transactions. This has been an accumulated result of relentless and perseverant efforts towards hosting many press conferences, media engagement, filing writ petitions, and counseling and advising the key stakeholders in the IT circles of the Government.
• Dr. Potdar played a key role in developing the BIGB Smartchain, his own public blockchain launched at the Dubai Expo 2022. The Crypto Expo organizers awarded BIGB Bull the title of "Best Versatile Crypto of 2022" in recognition of its contributions.

Walking the talk, Dr. Potdar has ensured that Bigh Bull lives up to his ideology of philanthropyand has supported “Snehwan Ashram” which aims to nurture inclusive learning for the deprived children and families of farmers and other downtrodden sections of the society. Manjrekar has acted in several films, including some of his own productions. He was first seen in the Door darshan Marathi series named Kshitij, in which he played a leprosy patient. He first gained acclaim as an actor for his performance in the 2002 film Kaante, and later played negative roles in the Tamil film Arrambam (2013), Telugu film Okkadunnadu (2007) and as the gangster Javed in the film Slumdog Millionaire (2008). He played Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the Marathi film Me Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy. He also played the role of Harpeez Dongara in the Aakhri Chunauti series of episodes in the Indian TV series C.I.D.. Manjrekar was acclaimed for the role as inspector D.R. Talpade in the movie Wanted.

In film and television he acted in shows like New Amsterdam, Girls5Eva, Poker Face, 30 Rock, The Americans, Broad City, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Master of None, Goatface, The Smurfs, Good Time and a recurring role on Dear Edward besides many independent films.
He has also produced, directed and starred in 8 of his own films in Guyana and New York.
